The purchaser of this vacation is entitled to a vacation that includes three (3) night’s accommodations (based solely upon availability and allotments) and a bonus $100 MasterCard Gift Card upon Resort Preview. Check-in permitted any day of the week; however weekend availability, Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays have limited availability and last minute reservations are not guaranteed. Deal permits up to two adults per room and 3rd and 4th guests. Hotel room taxes and resort fees of $10 - 25 per night plus tax (subject to change at the hotel’s discretion) must both be paid to the hotel upon check in. If any component of the vacation is not available with our advertised providers on the purchaser’s travel dates, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a provider of equal or greater value. Transportation to and from destinations, meals, gratuities, hotel taxes, resort fees, parking, and incidentals are not included. The comparable accommodations varies by season and dates of travel and ranges from $39 to $449 per night, per room plus applicable hotel taxes. The comparable of this vacation is $1381 depending on time of year traveled. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date of the vacation. A one-time complementary 6-month extension may be applied at anytime.

Presentation:
Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, is required. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations up to $1381.

Reservations:
All reservations are made on a space available basis from Any 3 Nights hotel allotments. A minimum of 14 days advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Accommodations during holidays and special events may not be available and some black-out dates may apply, and if available, may require a nightly surcharge of $23 to $49. Do not book airline flights until you have received your confirmation letter. Changes within 72 hours of a confirmed arrival date, no-shows or early departures will be permitted to rebook ONE TIME for a fee of $99. Changes made outside of 72 hours of a confirmed arrival are permitted to rebook ONE TIME for a fee of $25. No more than one rebooking will be permitted.

Eligibility:
This vacation package is valid for residents of the United States and Canada. If married or cohabiting, couples must have a minimum combined gross annual household income of US$55,000; one guest must be at least 28 years of age; must vacation and tour with spouse/partner; be employed or retired; carry an active credit card; present valid, permanent US government-issued IDs or passports from country of residence; and both guests must understand and speak English fluently. In addition, cohabiting couples must have IDs that have the same address. Singles must have a minimum gross annual income of US$60,000; be at least 28 years of age, be employed or retired; carry an active credit card; present valid, permanent US government-issued ID or passport from country of residence; and understand and speak English fluently. Full-time students are not eligible. This vacation is fully transferable to another party that meets the qualifications with payment of a $25.00 transfer fee. Your scheduled reservation may be modified. Modifications and cancellations made MORE THAN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE require a $49.00 fee. Modifications and cancellations (including "no-shows") made FOURTEEN (14) OR FEWER DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE require a $99.00 fee. Bluegreen reserves the right to charge modification and cancellation fees to the method of payment used to purchase the vacation package unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation Policy: Notwithstanding the foregoing or otherwise, you may cancel and request a refund at any time within thirty (30) days following the date that you purchased your vacation package, and the refund amount will be the purchase price of the vacation package less the retail value of any gift(s) and/or accommodations received. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Details of Participation shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
